Before shopping, please read the user agreement carefully. Once placing the order, that means you have consented to the agreement.

 Shipping:

1.       I will inspect my order immediately upon receipt. Vosonic will accept return of any items(s) within 14 days from date of receipt. Vosonic cannot accept returns after this authorized return period. 

2.        If damage occurred during transit, I will not throw away the packaging. I will contact the carrier for inspection and file a claim with them or contact our friendly sales staff immediately.

3.       I will not throw away any of the packaging materials, for example: boxes, instruction booklets, inserts or plastic bags until I am 100% satisfied and want to keep the merchandise.

4.       Vosonic is not responsible for and can offer no specific advice on import fees, duty, Customs or taxes which I may be charged.
(Vosonic urge you to consult your local government import office with any questions.)

Returning:

If for any reason you want to return the merchandise, please follow the instructions below.  

1.           Call Vosonic Customer service ( no E-mail please ) within 24-48 hours of receiving the merchandise for a "written" R.M.A#. (Return Merchandise Authorization #)

2.           All returns must be in the original manufacturer's packaging in brand new condition and include all packaging material. For example: instruction manual, plastic bags, and unfilled warranty card.

3.           The merchandise must be sent freight prepaid. Returns sent C.O.D. or "shipping charges collect" will be refused.

4.           AlI returns will be subject to a minimum 15% restocking charge.

 Warranty:

?           If you having a problem with your Vosonic device and believe it needs to be repaired, please contact technical support service@vosonic.com.tw

?           Vosonic support is the FIRST step in the return process. They will help you to determine if it is a hardware fault of the product, an accessory used with the product, or if it is related to technical limitations of the product. Once technical support determines that indeed that your Vosonic product or accessory must be repaired or replaced, they will instruct you on the next steps to take.

?           To reduce the risk of fire or shock hazard, do not expose this equipment to rain, any liquid or moisture.

?           Vosonic shall have no obligation to repair, replace or refund until the customer returns the defective product to Vosonic.

?           The repairs and replacement service will not apply to PRODUCT units that were misused, repaired without authorization or by other reasons beyond the range of intended use.

?           Any replacement product may be either new or like ¡Vnew, provided that it has functionality at least equal to that of the product being replaced.

?           Vosonic is not responsible for any data stored on returned products, please backup any data prior to shipping the unit.

?           The limited warranty for accessories (included battery) is only valid for 6 months from the date of purchasing.

?           All OUT OF WARRANTY repairs maybe subject to a normal repair fee. Please contact Vosonic service@vosonic.com.tw for current charges.

 Important to Know:

Hard Drive repair or replacement :

l           The warranty claim for direct purchase can only be made to the Vosonic Taiwan. Vosonic's distributors will unable to make any support on the Hard Drive bought outside their region.

According to these regulations the procedure will be the following:

1. The customer sends back the defective good to Vosonic.

2. Prior to returning the defective PRODUCT units, buyer must contact Vosonic to report defective articles.

3. On request from Vosonic, the defective goods will be handled as the follows:

?       Buyer will ship the defective goods back in a mix container and will be despatched them at Buyer's costs.

?       When return to buyer, Vosonic will ship the defective goods to the destination requested by the buyer via air/sea at Vosonic's costs.

Vosonic reverses the right to cancel this contest at any time and the right to retroactively add new rules when and how we see fit.
